Go to Start - Programs - Accessories - Paint. Open the program go to "File" from the menu and select "Open" to open the photo you want. Now click on the "Image" menu and select "RidimensionaInclina".
In the pane will resize windows 2: Horizontal and Vertical with the value written in 100%. To resize the picture of us just change both values according to our needs. For example: if we need to increase the size modify the value of 100% in 120 or 150, but if we want to reduce the size just edit the value of 100% in 70, 50 or whatever.
