Here are the new ATI Catalyst drivers, available from AMD for our video cards Radeon HD2000/3000/4000/5000 opearativi Windows systems.
This new driver version provides full support for video cards Directcupute 10.1 for HD 4800 and HD 4700, for standard configurations or Crossfire, by extending support Open GL 3.2 on all Radeon HD cards.
AMD claims that these drivers improve performance play (video games) and administrative approximately 10%, referring to the cards HD5800/5700, the famous performing the test with 3D Mark Benchmark Vamtage FutureMark home.
The notività not end here, because in addition to AMD's ATI driver provides a Hotfix (separate download) that adds full support for GPU acceleration via OpenCL if it enjoys ATI Stream SDK v2.0. This feature is supported by the ATI Radeon HD 5970, ATI Radeon HD 5800, ATI Radeon HD 5700, ATI Radeon HD 4000 and FireStream 9200.
With this hotfix is also finally added support for ATI CrossFireX on multi-monitor configurations using the ATI Evefinity, support audio over DisplayPort and solved problems with recent titles such as Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Resident Evil 5, City of Heroes, Wheelman, Enemy Territories: Quake Wars and Chronicles of Riddick.
