Nowadays we know several ways to download videos from YouTube, but probably what I'm going to submit, no. A fast method without the use of add-on, software or the like.
In fact, just go to YouTube, choose the video you want to download to your PC and replace the "y" of a trivial link with "3".
Do like the example below:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxxxxxxxxxxx
http://www.3outube.com/watch?v=xxxxxxxxxxxx
After replacing the simple letter, in fact, you will be redirected to 3outube.com and the only thing you have to do is download the desired video format (MP4 or FLV) by clicking on "Download. XXX"
Currently there are incompatibilities with the Google browser, Chrome, and Safari, so I recommend you use Firefox or IE. In addition, the site's creators are working to introduce other formats for download as MP3, 3GP, HD etc.
